Does ESJ only deal with residential clients?

ESJ does service certain commercial clients. Please reach out to us to discuss details! We do our best to service every property that we can.

Do you offer security?

Yes! We offer frequent check-ins on properties managed to ensure everything is okay. Rest assured knowing somebody is looking out for your property.

Will you perform maintenance?

Absolutely! We are happy to provide a wide range of maintenance services. If we are unable to complete the maintenance ourselves, we will help you in finding the right individual or company to complete the job.

Do you work with landlords?

Yes, we do! We are able to maintain properties that are used as rentals. We are also managing Air B&B and motel-style rentals.
